The Board of Trustees of DeLaSalle High School (Minneapolis, MN) is seeking a dynamic, accomplished individual to lead a community of passionate educators, motivated students, and supportive alumni and benefactors.

A Catholic school in the Lasallian tradition since 1900, DeLaSalle offers a rigorous educational program that challenges students to serve others and become inquiring, open-minded thinkers. The most diverse private high school in Minnesota, DeLaSalle welcomes all students who seek a values-based education. Known for its academic excellence, the school receives 400 applications annually for 200 seats; 98% of graduates matriculate to college, many to elite institutions. In the spirit of its Lasallian mission, DeLaSalle provides significant financial aid to its students.

The President is ultimately responsible for the school’s educational excellence, Catholic identity, equitable outcomes and inclusiveness, financial viability, administrative leadership, and strategic plan implementation. The next President will inherit a well-managed, financially stable institution supported by an experienced and effective team.
