Congratulations to Barry Lieske who will retire from DeLaSalle in June 2020 after 41 years of service. The longest tenured employee in school history, Barry has served multiple roles in his more than four decades, from football and girls’ basketball coach, to guidance counselor, to dean of students, to principal, and president. He is only the third lay administrator in DeLaSalle history and his eight-year presidency from 2012-2020 makes him the second longest tenured chief administrator. Join us as we honor Barry for his legacy to DeLaSalle.

Barb and Barry Lieske Opportunity Scholarship

Barb and Barry have been devoted to DeLaSalle in a multitude of ways. Barb is an alumna from the Class of 1978. Barry has served as coach, principal, and president. Together, they have raised three Islanders: Meredith ’07, Maddie ’09, and Morgan ’13. Gifts to the Lieske Opportunity Scholarship Fund will carry on the leadership of Barb and Barry and their commitment to provide assistance to those most in need. The money will be invested in our endowment where it will benefit DeLaSalle students in perpetuity. Make your gift to the fund today!
