The answer to “Why should I give to DeLaSalle?” is both simple and complex. Your contribution of financial support, as well as gifts of time and other resources, are essential to providing students with access to a DeLaSalle education. This education, anchored in the Lasallian tradition, calls DeLaSalle graduates to serve and pray, to make good choices and be good people, and to excel each day in every circumstance.
The motivation behind giving to an institution like DeLaSalle varies from one individual to the next. A common factor uniting all donors is a recognition that DeLaSalle prepares its graduates for a lifetime of learning and continued education, carrying forward an appreciation for hard work, service to others, a strong sense of spirituality, and an understanding of the challenges of the 21st century.
The sacrificial investment that all families make to provide their children access to this compelling and singular high school – urban, Catholic, Lasallian, and growing – warrants the respect and generous response of all of DeLaSalle’s stakeholders.
