DeLaSalle is accepting applications for a part-time (0.6) French teacher for the 2019-2020 school year, to begin August 2019.

DeLaSalle is accepting applications for a full-time Learning Specialist to begin August 2019.

Responsibilities:  The Learning Specialist facilitates the needs of students with individual learning and test taking needs.  Additionally, this position coordinates a supportive learning environment for students who seek extra assistance.  Working with parents/guardians, teachers, Guidance Department, Student Services Office, and tutoring support, the Learning Specialist implements strategies that promote best practices to meet a particular student’s learning needs.  Qualified candidates will have a degree in Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field, with experience in learning disabilities preferred.

DeLaSalle is accepting applications for a full-time receptionist/office manager to begin immediately.

The primary responsibilities of this position include support of the Main Office including but not limited to student attendance monitoring and posting, and working with Deans to follow-up with family as necessary; cordially welcoming and directing visitors, parents, vendors and guests; monitoring phones and directing calls; daily mail distribution and general clerical support, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Transportation, seasonal part-time

To provide for the safe transportation of DeLaSalle students through the operation of school owned vehicles and execute duties in compliance with all laws, regulations and training. Compensation commensurate with experience and licensure.

Drivers work flexible hours (10-30 hours per week) from late August through end of May. Weekday morning and afternoon shifts; activity transportation (afternoons and weekends), or a combination of the two are available. Bus operations include morning and afternoon routes and activity driving. Van operations include morning and afternoon routes.

License Requirements

  • Clean driving record
  • Department of Transportation physical (cost reimbursed by DeLaSalle)
  • Bus: CDL with school bus endorsement; some training available
  • Van: Standard driver’s license; short training session

DeLaSalle is thankful for the time and talents shared by our many parent volunteers. Many opportunities exist throughout the year for parents to become involved in our school community.
