DeLaSalle is proud to maintain its historic and Lasallian legacy of providing education to so many young men and women regardless of personal financial circumstances. Thanks to DeLaSalle alumni and friends who are generous with their support, the financial aid program will provide over $3.1 million in financial assistance for families in 2018-2019. DeLaSalle is proud to continue its 119-year tradition of making high-quality, college preparatory education affordable.

Tuition receipts are the largest revenue share in DeLaSalle’s operating budget. We are extremely grateful for each family’s financial sacrifice and stewardship for the benefit of all. Approximately half of our families pay a full tuition each year.

The DeLaSalle Board of Trustees establishes the following year’s budget and tuition rate at its January meeting.

The Business Office is excited to assist you with any tuition or financial aid questions. Please do not hesitate to contact Ron Rice, Director of Tuition and Financial Aid, at 612.676.7601 weekdays between 8:00am-4:00pm. New families who have questions about tuition, financial aid, or the admissions process may also contact Mike O’Keefe at 612.676.7679.

  1. New students register through the procedures established by the Admissions Office. Part of the registration process requires a $350 non-refundable registration deposit from the family.
  2. Once registered, a representative of the DeLaSalle Business Office will email a link to the family’s tuition agreement in Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS). A family becomes fully registered once they accept the tuition agreement in TADS.
  3. DeLaSalle has chosen to work with TADS both for financial aid applications and for management of tuition collection. Tuition agreements will include all known financial aid grants and Presidential Scholarships, as applicable.
  4. When the family receives their welcome email from TADS/DeLaSalle, they should click on the link on the bottom left hand side to access their tuition agreement. In order to complete the agreement, TADS will ask families to use an electronic signature before they can see their specific tuition agreement. Families should complete all instructions by the due date listed, including selecting a payment plan and a date each month on which families would like to pay tuition. Typically, all payment plans begin in May; families who register in the summer or during the school year will work with the Business Office on the payment plan.

NOTE: For those families who have applied for financial aid through TADS: The financial aid application is considered complete only after TADS has completed their review of the application, and the family has submitted supporting documents requested by TADS as part of the audit process. TADS will inform families via email when the audit is completed. DeLaSalle manages all grant and scholarship determinations.

DeLaSalle uses a continuous enrollment model to automatically re-register returning students each spring:

  1. Students will select courses for the following year.
  2. The $350 non-refundable registration deposit will be automatically added to the existing tuition agreement. An additional invoice for  the registration deposit will be created for those families who have chosen to pay their tuition in one or two payments.
  3.
