Let us remember…that we are in the holy presence of God.
+ In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
We praise You today for all that You have done for us during this school year.
You are faithful even when we are faithless.
Your love pursues us even when we are unlovable.
Your forgiveness covers our sin and frees us from its penalty.
We praise You for Your love and faithfulness.
Your holy presence changes everything, empowering us to live each moment of every day,
content in knowing You are in control.
Lord, remind us that no matter what happens, we can praise You!
Saint John Baptist de La Salle – Pray for us.
Live, Jesus, in our hearts – Forever!

Go, Islanders!
DeLaSalle is seeking students to be Islander Ambassadors for the 2022-2023 school year! We need dedicated Islanders who can lead grade-level retreats, represent the school at public events, and help the Class of 2026 transition to De through the Summer Bridging Academy. Current 10th and 11th graders are eligible to be leaders. Please register here by Tuesday, May 31st.
It’s not too late, you still have time to order your DeLaSalle 2022 yearbook. The 2021-2022 yearbook will be bursting with over 100 pages of photos, student portraits, activities, and highlights of the year. Order now to guarantee your copy at delivery time in July! Orders can be made on our online store. Pick your options and follow the ordering instructions.
DeLaSalle students may receive unlimited rides on Metro Transit buses and light rail trains this summer, June 1 to September 6, by purchasing a Student Summer Pass for $30. Students can get unlimited rides on buses and trains up to a $3.25 fare (for fares higher than that amount, like some Northstar trips, just add stored value to your pass). It’s perfect for summer jobs, sports leagues, and all the other fun that summer brings. All you need to purchase a pass is the school name (DeLaSalle) and your student ID. Summer passes are not available for purchase at DeLaSalle. Buy your Student Summer Pass with a credit card here or with cash or a credit card at a Metro Transit Service Center.
Get paid to learn about cultural heritage preservation this summer! The George Floyd Global Memorial is looking to hire student interns who are 16 years or older to work part-time with memorial offerings and protest art. For more info, click here.
Students who are in need of course credits for graduation due to failing grades (or anticipated failing grades) this year or in previous years, or who have transferred to DeLaSalle from a school with different course sequences or credit requirements, can enroll in summer school courses to get caught up. Students will need to work with their school counselor to get enrolled. Please reach out to your counselor ASAP if you need to enroll in 2022 summer school. Students may also be able to enroll in these required courses next school year at DeLaSalle in place of other elective courses. Please reach out to your counselor if that is your preference so that we can get these courses into your schedule.

The Global Advantage Program (GAP) offers DeLaSalle students opportunities for international study and welcomes international students who choose to spend a semester, a year, or their entire high school career at DeLaSalle. Through collaborative relationships with universities, De students may earn college credit through rigorous international travel courses in a variety of academic topics and locations throughout the world. The pandemic caused GAP to be “put on pause.” The program expects to resume exchanges and international academic travel for the 2022-23 school year.
Currently, we are looking for host families for exchange students and international students. If you are interested in hosting, please fill out this form.
DeLaSalle students may also begin applying for exchanges with this form.
