Let us remember…that we are in the holy presence of God.
+ In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
Ever-giving God,
The Easter resurrection of Your Son has given us renewed hope.
Help us to live always in pursuit of the promises of Christ.
Grant us wisdom to know your plan for us, the will to do it,
the courage to undertake it, the perseverance to continue to do it,
and the strength to complete it.
Amen.

COLLEGE SIGNING DAY
This annual celebration for seniors will take place during all lunch periods on Monday, May 2. Seniors are allowed to wear a t-shirt or sweatshirt from their college with DLS uniform pants. They will sign their name and college destination on our destination poster, sign up for a drawing, and also get a special graduation cookie. Students who have received scholarships are recognized at this event. If you have not responded to Ms. McAdams with this information please email it to her ASAP to be recognized at this event.
12th GRADE RETREAT THIS FRIDAY
This Friday, April 29, all 12th graders will be attending their annual class retreat. This retreat is a day of reflection for seniors to gain healthy closure on their high school years together and be challenged to finish the year with respect and care. Please note a few important details about the retreat:
• 12th grade students should meet in the Florance Center at 8:30am for instructions. From there, students will be taking DLS buses to Saint Mary’s University Center for the full day retreat. Students will return to DeLaSalle at 2:45pm.
• Students will need to bring their own lunch and beverage/water bottle. Students are not allowed to have food delivered to the retreat site.
• iPads and school books are not needed on this day and should be left at home or in school lockers.
• Uniforms are required. Students are strongly encouraged to wear pants to the retreat due to the nature of the day’s activities –sitting on the floor, group games, etc.

It’s going to be a great way to begin the countdown to graduation!
