Let us remember…that we are in the holy presence of God.
+ In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
On this weekend of honoring Martin Luther King, Jr., I look to You, Lord,
to help me see opportunities for growing in knowledge and wisdom,
especially the wisdom to see Your goodness in each person.
Help me to do my part to bring about justice and equity for all.
Amen.

CELEBRATING MARTIN LUTHER KING,Jr
Mindful of our current ban on large group assemblies, we will gather in our 5th hour classrooms during today’s first WIN Session for prayer, video, and discussion on the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr.
In 1994, the U.S. Congress passed the King Holiday and Service Act, designating the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Holiday as a national day of service. It encourages Americans from all walks of life to work together to provide solutions to local community and broader national problems. What act of service could you do Monday? Need info?
