Heavenly Father,
Give me a heart like the heart of Jesus,
a heart more ready to serve than be served,
a heart moved by compassion towards the weak and oppressed.
Help us have eyes to see the needs around us and to respond to those needs with joy and hope.

Saint John Baptist de La Salle – Pray for us!

The Fly Fishing club will meet next Monday at 7:30 a.m. in Mr. Homan’s room (A210).  If you are interested in fishing please come by.  We will be meeting to learn more about the club, discuss our availability this semester, and maybe even step outside for a quick demonstration.  You do not need to bring any equipment.  If you are interested but cannot attend, please email Mr. Homan.

The DeLaSalle Parent Association is back for the 2021-22 school year. The Association took last school year off because of the pandemic, but has scheduled a popular and informative speaker for its first meeting of the school year.

Child psychologist, Dr. Teresa Boatman, will speak about “Inviting Student Success Post Pandemic” on Monday, September 20, at 6:30pm in the Schulze Learning Lab (D104). Please note that, generally, the Parent Association meets on the second Monday of each month. However, Dr. Boatman is not available on our regular meeting date. Dr. Boatman’s presentation on the topic was well received by faculty and staff when she presented during DeLaSalle Educator Week before the school year began.

All DeLaSalle parents are members of the Parent Association – and we invite you to join us on the 20th!
