Dear God, be with us today as parents, students, and teachers conference together. Help us to remember that we are all here for the same reason, and we all care about and love the child we will be discussing. Please allow everyone to feel that their feelings matter, and their thoughts are important. Keep anyone from feeling left out of the discussion. If anyone has questions, concerns, or new reasonings, please give them the courage to speak with confidence and share with the group. Amen.
