Registration for the Golf Tournament is now open for the first 120 golfers to sign-up.
To complete this form:
Step 1 – Select the quantity of golfers you will be registering and paying for. You may enter one to four golfers. Once the number of golfers is selected, the second half of the form displays below.
Step 2 – Thank you for considering hole sponsorship, a raffle donation, or encouraging a business to participate.
Step 3 – Complete the Billing Address section using information that matches your credit card account. Complete Payment Details section.
Step 4 – If registering more than one golfer, you have two options. (1) Enter the complete contact information for each -or- (2) click Same as Billing for each (it repeats your information) and then at the bottom of this form enter their names. The additional boxes asking about team names can be ignored.
Step 5 – Click Register button.
