Which lunch wave am I in?

In the news…

This week, we are recognizing students for their academic achievement. We honored Gold Cohort students Tuesday during lunches. Silver Cohort students will be recognized today at the beginning of each lunch wave. Blue Cohort students will receive their recognition in the mail. Students will receive an academic pin if they earned a place on the Honor Roll during both semesters of the 2019-20 school year, and an academic letter if they have earned a place on the Honor Roll for four semesters. Congratulations to those students who have earned recognition for their hard work!

We need your help! Lasallian Ministry is putting together a video of Thank You Messages from students, faculty, and staff to use during the Thanksgiving Prayer Service. Would you be able to help us out by recording and sending a video sharing 1-2 things you are grateful for? Feel free to be creative!

When recording the video, please use the following guide:

  • Record Horizontal/Landscape
  • Great Lighting
  • Clear and Simple Background
  • Face the camera straight on

Please send video clips to Ms. Stecklein by today. Please note: Not all the clips will be used due to the limited space of the video, but we are grateful nevertheless. THANK YOU!!

Our school chaplain, Fr. Kevin Kenney ’78, will be on campus on Tuesday and is available to hear confessions. If any students, faculty or staff are interested in receiving the sacrament of Reconciliation or would like to meet with Fr. Kevin for a prayer or blessing, please contact Nicole Stecklein by Monday at 12:00pm and we will add you to the schedule.

Calling all Seniors! We will be meeting (both on campus and online) to discuss this year’s 12 Days during WIN sessions on Tuesday. WIN #1 will be on campus, WIN #2 will be online. Please sign up to attend the meeting in SST. If you are unable to attend a WIN session but would still like to help, please contact Ms. Stecklein.

Black.Liberated.Knowledgeable will host a prayer march for equity on Wednesday, November 25, the six month anniversary of the death of George Floyd. The march will celebrate not only his life, but all the Black Lives that have been wrongfully, viciously, and unjustly taken away by what we are supposed to call our protectors, known as our local Law Enforcement. Our message is to remind the world that we are still FIGHTING in this battle FOR EQUITY. This is a non-violent protest, so please join us as we March for Equity.

Please RSVP here if you would like to be a chaperone at the event and so we can keep track of who is attending the debrief that follows. You can purchase BLK apparel like t-shirts, sweatshirts, and face masks here.

Photographers from Lifetouch will take school pictures on Monday for Gold Cohort students and next Thursday for Silver Cohort students. The photographer will be on campus until 4:00pm on both days for students in the Blue Cohort who wish to have their school picture taken after school. Blue Cohort students should sign up here to indicate when they will have their picture taken. Students must be dressed in school uniform. Ninth grade and new transfer students had their school pictures taken in August.

Parents may review, select, and pay for a photo package through the Lifetouch website. Parents will have up to 48 hours after Picture Day to complete their online order. Please refer to DeLaSalle’s Picture Day ID EVTBPRTKB.

Orders must be placed by noon on the first day the student attends in-person instruction (Monday or Thursday) and picked up outside the kitchen at the end of the school day on the last day they attend (Tuesday or Friday).
  • Students participating in full distance learning may also order a meal kit that contains five breakfasts and five lunches each. Orders should be placed by noon on Thursday for pickup at 3:00pm on Friday. Families may use this form to place the order.
