Friday, April 26, 2019 (opens in a new window)

Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.

We do not know what our future holds. But we do know God loves us and cares for us. He sends people into our lives who love us and whom we love. With the care from God, and the community we are given, friends and family to love us, there is no telling what we can do. Lord, help us to follow you like Saint John Baptist de la Salle, and to help continue his legacy here at DeLaSalle. Amen

Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us.

Live Jesus in our hearts…forever!

In today’s news…

The year of Lasallian Vocations marks the 300th anniversary of Saint John Baptist de La Salle’s entry into eternal life and celebrates the impact of the mission he started. Together, Lasallians give thanks for our common heritage, renew our commitment to respond to the educational needs of today’s youth, and share our hope for the future of the mission.

All seniors will meet with Mr. Benson during the first 20 minutes of their lunch period on Monday. The meeting will cover end of year events and expectations and will take place in D117. Students should report immediately to the meeting and will have enough time after to eat their lunch.

Each month, a group of DeLaSalle parents and family members gather on campus to lift up our community in prayer. The Parents in Prayer group will meet for the last time this school year on Monday, April 29, from 12:00-1:00pm in the creative side of the Thies Lab (D207). All parents, family members, friends, and alumni are welcome to participate. We hope students, staff, families and friends at DeLaSalle will feel encouraged by the knowledge that people care about them, are excited for them and are PRAYING FOR THEM! You may submit prayer requests, which may remain anonymous, to prayer boxes located in the main office, Lasallian Ministry, or Theology classrooms.

Atlatl Society meets after school from 3:15 to 4:15, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Have fun and work on your primitive survival skills!
