Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.

Dear Jesus, may the light of your love always shine in our hearts. As Christmas draws closer, we marvel at your great love for us. Let your love transform every aspect of our lives and touch everyone we encounter. Our hearts are open to you, Jesus. Amen.

Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us.

Live Jesus in our hearts…forever!

There will be no loaner iPads available today.

Students may download iOS 12 over Christmas break. Make sure the iPad is backed up to iCloud before you update. Just a reminder the Tech Office recommends at least 3GB of free storage space on the iPads. If you do not have enough space to update, you should delete personal apps before any school provided apps that you may use.

Take a study break with Lasallian Ministry! Join us Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during lunch periods (4th, 5th and 6th hour) for “Just Dance” and a chance to unwind after finals. Check in with lunch room supervisors before heading over. Hope to see you there!

Students that are not in after school activities should plan on heading home after final assessments Wednesday-Friday. Students in after school activities should report directly to the library. After school supervisors will have limited hours on these days and there may be times when the school will be closing early. Please plan ahead!

All lost and found items will be donated over the Christmas break. If you are missing anything please come to the Deans’ Office before or after school to check the lost and found. You can also email the deans at deansoffice@delasalle.com to see if your lost item is there.

Many outside groups use DeLaSalle during the extended Christmas break. Please make sure you are securing your locker and personal items with your lock before leaving school on Friday, December, 21.

Bozhoo and Háu DLS Students!
You are invited to meet Hilary Abe from College Horizons. She will be visiting us on the island in January. College Horizons is an annual pre-college summer program for Native American, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian high school sophomores and juniors. Students work with college admissions officers, college counselors, essay specialists, and other educators in a six-day college admissions “crash course” focused on understanding the college admissions application process. Our rigorous workshops inspire students to find a college that will satisfy their needs for a fun, challenging and supportive environment. All are welcome! Come and learn about the program and how to apply. See attachment for more information.
