Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.

God, we pray for peace in our lives: in our towns, in our schools, in our families, and in our own hearts. Amen

Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us.

Live Jesus in our hearts…forever!

Sort’n It Out on the Island! Have fun while earning Christian Service Hours tomorrow afternoon at 3:15PM for DeLaSalle’s Annual Fall Waste Sort! Join the GREEN Team in the Christian Brothers’ Parking Lot (behind the school where the buses park) right after school to sort through our lunchroom waste in an effort to determine how well we sort into organics, recycling, and trash. We will be sorting rain or shine (if it rains we’ll be in the garage).

Questions? Contact Mr. Lynch at, or stop by the office he uses in the Christian Brothers Hall (right across from Lasallian Ministries). We look forward to seeing you at the waste sort!

The community of DeLaSalle will gather to bless our beloved pets on the Feast of St. Francis! Join us on Wednesday, October 4 at 6:30 p.m. in Founder’s Park. Our chaplain, Fr. Humans must bring this permission form, signed by a parent or guardian. Bring animal treats to share!

This is an excellent opportunity to hear from the college side about how admissions to highly selective colleges differs from other college admissions processes.  You will also learn what to prepare for and expect if you think you may be applying to selective colleges this year or in the future. All islander parents and guardians are welcome to attend.
  • Jesuit colleges and universities from the United States will bring their Jesuit Excellence Tour (JET) to DeLaSalle on Friday, October 13, from 9:00-11:00am in D104. Twelve of the 28 Jesuit schools will be represented at DeLaSalle. Interested students should sign up to attend through their Naviance account and also complete an Anticipated Absence form.
