Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.

Heavenly Father, thank you for making each of us unique, created in every vast facet of your image. Thank you for all of the things we can learn from each other, our similarities and our differences. Allow us to see the special talents in everyone around us, especially those hidden behind behaviors we don’t understand or diagnoses which make us apprehensive. Help us to move beyond stereotypes and preconceived notions to nurture the true spirit of all in our midst. Provide us with the resources needed to discover how we can each give back to you and our community, in our own creative and extraordinary ways. Amen.

Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us.

Live Jesus in our hearts…forever!

Come to Game Day during lunches today in Lasallian Ministry! Lasallian Ministry DOES NOT meet this week due to Social Justice Week.

We will meet today to take on the Forbidden Island! In this cooperative game, players work together to beat the game rather than trying to defeat the other players. Watch Wil Wheaton’s TableTop episode for Forbidden Island for a quick rules intro. New players are always welcome. See Mr. Newman for more information.

Calling all chess players and wannabe chess players: Do you know that Chess Club takes place every Tuesday in A208? Next week, Tuesday, February 21, is special as we will begin a chess tournament that day. All skill levels and grade levels are welcome to come and participate! Show us how good you are! (Or, come and improve your skills.) Questions? See Ms. Kocourek

Beginning this week, the boys’ and girls’ locker rooms will be switching to new hours. The locker rooms will remain open to students from 5:20-8:25am and from 3:00-4:00pm. Please plan accordingly when using the athletic locker room. If you need to enter the locker room outside of the hours listed please see Mr. Lemon, Ms. Gillund or your coach for access.
