We gather in the Main Gym after 8th hour is our first Pepfest of the school year. Let us hear your battle cry as your grade competes for the Spirit Stick!

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) has designated today a National Day of Prayer for Peace in Our Communities. It is in response to recent incidents of violence and racial tension in communities across the United States, including ours in Minneapolis and St. Paul.  We will offer prayers for peace in each class period throughout the day.

It is important for all students to update their iPad to the newest iOS (9.3.5) by Monday. To do this, go to Settings < General < Software Update. Then download and install the update. This cannot be done at school, it must be done off campus. Please see the Tech Office if you need assistance.

Apple will be releasing a software update next week for the iPad called iOS 10. Students should NOT update their iPad with the new iOS 10 operating system until DeLaSalle’s technology team has tested school apps for iOS 10 compatibility and functionality in the school environment so we can transition smoothly to the new software. Please ignore any iOS 10 software update notifications or prompts that appear on your iPad until further notice from DeLaSalle. Students who update to iOS 10 before given permission will have restrictions placed on their device and all personal apps will be deleted for the remainder of the semester.

If you are having issues with your iCloud, go to Settings < iCloud < iCloud Drive and turn iCloud drive ON. Then go to Backup and choose Back Up Now.

If your iCloud Drive has not appeared yet, try again later.

Satisfy your appetite after school at the Chipotle by DeLaSalle (on East Hennepin Ave.) and support the boys’ soccer program. Say you support DeLaSalle soccer as you pay for your food and Chipotle will donate a portion of the proceeds between 3:00-7:00pm to the boys’ soccer program. Homecoming starts a week from Monday! Homecoming t-shirts are now on sale for $10; click here to order yours online before 10:00pm on Wednesday, September 14.

The shirts should be delivered to DeLaSalle by September 21 and will be available for pick-up during lunches. You must have your confirmation invoice, which is emailed to you as a confirmation of your order, in order to pick up your shirt.

WE Day is happening on Tuesday, September 20 at the Xxcel Energy Center with headliners including Paula Abdul, Omi, George Takei and more. If you would like to participate in WE Day, please email Mr. Hallman. We are looking for students who have performed exemplary service. 

Ever wonder what it takes to put the yearbook together? Come find out. Yearbook club will meet on Tuesdays in the Thies Lab from 3:00-4:15pm starting this coming Tuesday, September 13. We will be picking a theme and getting set up with Balfour Accounts.

If you are interested in joining Yearbook Club this year, please fill out this form. If you are in a fall sport and cannot make the meeting, but still want to be involved, please fill out the form and email Ms. Bryson-Tucker to let her know you are interested.

The Lasallian Ministry staff would like to welcome everyone to our first gathering of the school year on Thursday, September 15 from 7:30-8:20am in room D104. We would like everyone to attend this meeting, even if you are already involved in Lasallian Ministry as we will be sharing information on several new opportunities, projects and programs being offered this year through Lasallian Ministry. If your bus drops you off at 8:10, you are still welcome to stop in at that time. If you cannot make the morning meeting but are still interested in participating, please stop by the Lasallian Ministry office for more information.
