Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.

Jesus, I give to you my anxiety and my fear, my depression and my doubt, for you have promised to take them if we only ask; and I take upon myself your burden, for it is light and your way is gentle.  Amen

Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us. Live Jesus in our hearts…forever!

Students are invited to a college fair at Benilde-St. Margaret’s tomorrow from 7:00-8:30pm. There will be over 100 colleges in attendance! This is a great opportunity for you to get some face time with the person who may be reviewing your application in the near future. This fair is always less crowded at the beginning and at the end, plan accordingly.

A reminder about appropriate dress: If you have a sports practice or game you may come in your uniform. All other students should follow the DLS out of uniform rules for dress and remember that your are making a first impression as a potential student.

SIGN UP BY TODAY TO RIDE BUS: Today is the last day to sign up to ride a bus from DeLaSalle to the college fair and back. The bus leaves tomorrow at 6:15pm and returns after the fair, arriving at De about 8:50pm. Students and parents or care givers are welcome to ride along together, students may not bring friends who are not current DLS students to this event.

STUDENTS AND FAMILIES CAN ALSO DRIVE TO THE FAIR ON THEIR OWN: Click here for directions to BSM. The school’s address is: 2501 Highway 100 South, St. Louis Park, MN 55416

AP Students: ALL students taking AP tests must attend the REQUIRED pre-administration session.during your lunch period on Wednesday in the LL Grey Gym. Bring your lunch and a #2 pencil. This is the session that was postponed from last week because test materials had not yet arrived.

Enjoy some spring air during your lunch! Founder’s Park is now open, weather permitting. Please be sure to clean up after yourself and make time for composting your food/trash items.

The DeLaSalle Cafe is a pre paid lunch account system. Starting on Monday, April 25, students with a negative account balance will not be able to purchase any items in the Cafe. All students who have a negative balance, including those who receive free or reduced lunch benefits, will be offered a bag lunch with a cheese sandwich, fruit and milk.

Parents can manage a child’s cafeteria account through the LunchTime payment portal. Click here for instructions on how to create an account. The DeLaSalle Cafe webpage also includes instructions about how to deposit money electronically into your child’s account and how to view your child’s transactions and balance. Questions?
