Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.
God, I ask your help to lighten my stress level as I prepare for the end of the semester and the upcoming holiday. Share with me your peace and a sense of your sunrise in my heart. Amen
Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us. Live Jesus in our hearts…forever!

Tomorrow
-11:00am-1:30pm: U.S. Army and Army Reserves (Florance Center)
While we invite you to watch the concert in person, we are excited to partner with MSBN to livestream the concert over the Internet. You can click here to find the Christmas Concert webpage, on which we will put the livestream video player later today.
As we anticipate a large turnout for the concert, we encourage you to consider parking in the parking ramp at the corner of 2nd Avenue SE and 2nd Street SE. DeLaSalle will operate a shuttle for those who park in the overflow parking ramp. Please check our Directions & Parking webpage for more information.
Because many courses are full-year courses, assessments at the end of the first semester may vary. DeLaSalle has assigned academic departments a specific day in which teachers, if they choose, may offer a final exam:
- This Friday
-English
-P.E./Health
-Modern Language
- Monday, December 21
-Science
-Fine Arts
-Math
- Tuesday, December 22
-Social Studies
-Theology
As a reminder, school is in session from 8:30am-3:00pm on Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22.
Finally, we know that the end of the semester can be a stressful time for both students and teachers alike. That’s why we offer this tried-and-true wisdom: don’t forget to get a good night’s rest, eat breakfast each morning (the DeLaSalle Cafe is open each morning before school), and come prepared to do your best.
