We will follow this adjusted class schedule because of today’s Mass for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception:

  • Period 1: 8:30-9:08
  • Mass: 9:13-10:17
  • Period 2: 10:25-11:00
  • Period 3: 11:05-11:40
  • Period 4: 11:45-12:20
  • Period 5: 12:25-1:00
  • Period 6: 1:05-1:40
  • Period 7: 1:45-2:20
  • Period 8: 2:25-3:00


All college visits take place in the Guidance office, unless otherwise noted. In order to meet with a college rep, you must register for the visit through your Naviance account and notify your teacher at least one day before the visit. You may show your teacher your iPad with the registration on Naviance as your pass. Remember, you are responsible for any work you miss during your visit with the college rep.

We will celebrate the feast of the Immaculate Conception today with an all-school Mass in the Florance Center after 1st hour. Please remember to be respectful and reverent as you enter the Florance Center for Mass.

#LMLunchtalks – Lasallian Ministry will be sponsoring their second in a series of lunch talks during all lunch periods tomorrow in A219 (formerly the Robert Casanova Room). The topic for discussion this week is bullying and will be conducted in small groups.  Please plan to bring your lunch promptly.  All students and staff are welcome.

Students should have removed Chess Time from their iPads. Those who have not removed the app will receive restrictions the same as any other texting or photo sharing application currently not approved.

The first MACRs meeting will be tomorrow after school from 3:15-4:00pm in Mr. Zavitz’s room, B205.

The Tabletop Games club will meet tomorrow AND again next Wednesday. Come learn some games to ask Santa for and to play at your family gatherings over Christmas break.  We will meet in B307 at 3:15 for about an hour.  See Mr. Jung or Mr. Newman with questions.

Come and celebrate Computer Science Week and learn how to program in Android or Python. Learn how to make a mobile app using MIT App builder. See Mr Pearson if you have any questions. We meet in B201 from 3:00-4:30pm.

Girls-Do you want to be involved with the Technovation Challenge? Create an app to address a community problem or issue. Here is the website. See Mr Pearson or Ms Roggow if you are interested and sign up!

Lasallian Ministry meets this week for our Christmas Party. Everyone is welcome to attend on Thursday at 7:30am in A219 (formerly the Robert Casanova room).

Missing out on your chess fix now that Chess Time is gone? Come play some real chess instead! Chess Club will be meeting again this Thursday, in A107 until 5:00pm. Players of all skill levels are welcome, and if you just have to time to stop by and play one quick game that’s fine. See Ms. Kocourek or Anders Jenson with any questions.

Ordering a yearbook is easier than texting with your parents…Have you ordered your yearbook yet? If not you better get your order in soon before the price goes up. Yearbooks are $48 until December 31st, starting January 1st yearbooks will be $55.  You can order online or on campus in the Main Office or the LTC.
