Islanders are going back to PINZ! Back by popular demand, Student Council has planned another field trip to PINZ for a fun night of bowling, laser tag, and arcade games. Join your classmates and friends this Friday. Tickets cost $10 and you can buy one during lunches today through Friday. The ticket includes admission, unlimited bowling, one game of laser tag. Students, bring extra money if you want to play any arcade games or buy food.

If you buy a ticket to PINZ, you have to ride a bus to and from DeLaSalle. Students with PINZ tickets should plan to be at De on Friday by 6:00pm for the bus that leaves at 6:15pm. The bus returns at 10:30pm; students should plan to be picked up at that time.

Juniors and seniors – come with a date or your group of friends! Tickets for the April 25 Junior-Senior Prom go on sale today in the Main Office. Tickets cost $60 if you purchase them before April 17 or $70 after April 17. Ticket sales close on April 22 at 4:00pm. Click here for more information.

Atlatl Society is starting again. We will meet this afternoon in Mr. Sczepanski’s Room, B302, from 3:15-4:15pm. Stop by and see if you have what it takes to hunt the big game!

FAME “Fine Arts Music English” submissions are due this Friday. Drop your submission off with Ms. Longman or Ms. Beckman.  Please attach a submission form that will be available outside of Ms. Longman’s and Ms. Lundstrum’s classroom and Ms. Beckman’s office in the LTC.

Parents, please join DeLaSalle’s college advisers in the Guidance office for croissants today from 8:00-9:00am. You can get an overview of being your students’ guide for college scholarships.  An encore presentation will be offered April 14 from 6:45-7:45pm for those unable to make the April 7 presentation.

Students may now register for the next driver’s education class, which will be taught by Ray Kroll ‘60 at DeLaSalle June 1-5, 8-12. Click here to download a registration form. You may return completed registration forms to the Administration Office. Registration forms are accepted until the class is filled. Classroom instruction costs $110 and behind-the-wheel instruction costs $330; students who register for both the class and behind-the-wheel instruction will pay $399.

Congratulations to the juniors behind these 20 projects that have advanced to the Minnesota History Day competition May 2 at the University of Minnesota.
