Tuesday, November 11, 2014 – Veteran’s Day

Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.

Lord, bless with peace and happiness all men and women who have or currently serve our country to protect our freedoms. Bless them for their unselfish service, for the hardships they faced, and for the sacrifices they made. Amen

Saint John Baptist de La Salle…pray for us. Live Jesus in our hearts…forever!

Around Christmas Time, for the past 22 years, DeLaSalle has spiritually adopted several families through Sponsor a Family Minnesota and the Aliveness Project. These families have benefited greatly from our generous spirit. Last year, our community raised almost $4,000. Several teachers have graciously agreed to be the money collection point for each grade level. Donate money in 9th and 10th grade Theology Classes or in 11th and 12th grade English Classes.  Money collection is daily and began yesterday. It runs through Wednesday, Dec. 3. Thank you in advance for your generosity
