DeLaSalle recognized more than 300 students for their academic achievements during the annual Academic Awards Recognition ceremony on November 5. Students received an academic letter if they earned a place on the Honor Roll or High Honor Roll for four semesters. Honor Roll pins are awarded to students who earned a place on DeLaSalle’s Honor Roll for both semesters of the 2013-2014 school year.

The ceremony also featured the induction of 81 new members into the DeLaSalle chapter of the National Honor Society. A committee chose the inductees from a pool of eligibile juniors and seniors with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher and who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

DeLaSalle especially thanks attorney Denis Grande ‘65, who delivered the keynote address.
