With the semester in full swing, it’s extremely important to make sure your iPad is backed up to your iCloud. To get help, you can go to the LTC – Library & Technology Center course in Canvas and tap on Student Technology Help or stop in the Library & Technology Center.
Section tournaments begin this week and that means everyone must pay admission (including all De students). We host soccer sections today and Thursday and the price of admission is $8 for adults and $6 for students. Thank you for your cooperation.
All juniors will go to the National College Fair TODAY during periods 1-3. Admission counselors from 300 plus colleges and universities will represent their schools. This is a great opportunity for you to research colleges and general college planning as many colleges are represented. Click here to find which schools will be present at the college fair.

There will also be a night session tonight from 4:30-8:00pm for those students and parents who would like to spend more time at the College Fair.

All 9th graders will gather for a class Mass TODAY at Our Lady of Lourdes. Freshmen should put their belongings in their locker after 1st hour and go to the Florance Center. You may want to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket because the weather may be cool when you leave for Mass.

Anyone interested in playing boys’ or girls’ hockey this winter, stop by the Student Activities office before tomorrow and sign up.
Any 9th graders interested in playing basketball this winter should come to the Robert Casanova Room during lunches TODAY to sign up and find out about eligibility, first practice, and more.
Adam Pribyl has been named Section 5A Soccer Coach of the Year. Mr. Pribyl led the Islander varsity boys’ soccer team to its first ever conference championship. Congratulations Coach Pribyl!
Thank you to everyone who helped us “Dig Pink” to tackle cancer at the last regular season home volleyball games last Thursday. We raised $291. We will be donating this money to breast cancer research as well as the Random Acts of Kindness fund.

You have another chance to help us tackle cancer on Wednesday, October 15 at the last regular season home Islander football game. We are excited to again team up with the Minnesota Football Coaches Association and the Randy Shaver Cancer Foundation.
