Lasallian Ministry will host a service fair during lunches today. Several service agencies will be available at booths in the hallway by the Florance Center and Albers Atrium to share information on how you can get involved. Please make the most of this great opportunity.
All 9th grade students interested in running for Student Council Class Representative can now pick up an application and information sheet from the Main Office. Applications are due to Ms. Weeks, this Friday by 3:00pm. Elections will take place on Thursday, October 2nd. Current Student Council Executive Board members will present in your Theology classes this week with more details. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Weeks.
Today will be the last day to pick up your student pictures. You may pick up the pictures from the staff table in the Florance Center during your lunch period.Picture Retake Day is this Friday. Those who have not had their picture taken yet (students and staff) must get a picture on that day. Those who want retakes must bring in their initial packet to have a retake. If the packet is not returned, the only way a picture can be taken is with a new (paid) order.
​All students are expected to wear the uniform according to the uniform policy. We will soon and periodically throughout the school year facilitate a uniform check. To avoid receiving uniform violations, here are some basic uniform reminders:

1. Shirts must be tucked in
2. Pants must be either khaki or black in color, made of cotton twill fabric with inset pockets. Pants may not be rolled at the ankles or be of any jean or skinny leg style.
3. A solid black or gray uniform sweatshirt with the DeLaSalle logo is the only sweatshirt permitted during the school day. Athletic or activity team sweatshirts are not acceptable uniform apparel during the school day.
4. Shoes, including laces and socks must be predominately black, brown, white, gray, or a mix of these colors.
​5. T-shirts worn under uniform shirts must be solid white, black, gray, or gold.
6. Skirt length must reach the top of the knee.

​Students are encouraged to do their best to keep track of all personal belongings. Lost items should be brought to Ms. Weeks’ office and students may check for lost items there as well.

Do you want to find a place where you and your friends can hang out, relax, or just play a few games while time passes you by during your lunch period? Then walk over to the Lasallian Ministry office where we will be hosting Lasallian Game Day on Thursdays. We have games for you to play or if you want, you can come with a few games of your own to introduce to others. See you Thursday during lunch!!

Help cheer the varsity boys’ soccer team to a win over Holy Angels tomorrow. The game is on the DeLaSalle Athletic Field at 7:00pm. The Islanders have the chance of being the first conference title winners in the history of the program if they win Thursday’s game. Holy Angels is ranked #2 in state, DeLaSalle is ranked #7. Come show your Islander spirit and cheer your classmates on to a win!
Students, you may be prompted that an update is available when opening Pages, Numbers, Keynote and other apps. This is a reminder that you are not permitted to install iOS 8. You should ignore any prompt to install the latest version of iOS and continue working in the current version of these apps already installed on your device.

At this time, students are not permitted to update their devices to iOS8 until our technology team can assess the compatibility with our educational Apps and system requirements. We will announce the appropriate time for students to download this update. Students who update their software prior to school approval will face school consequences including full restrictions placed on their device for the remainder of this semester. See Ms. Weeks with any questions.

  • Turn off all automatic downloads
